Some of our services, like feasibility studies, performance assessments, or campaign direction involve particular methodologies and practices. Consulting, on the other hand, is not so structured. We see consulting as making our experience, creativity, and expertise available to you in practical and productive ways.

We do this according to your circumstances and needs. Most frequently:

  1. Special Project Consultation—perhaps to launch or fine tune a new program.
  2. Periodic Counsel—a quarterly or even monthly examination of progress and ideas.
  3. Retainer Counsel—being “on call” with a promise of timely response.
  4. Contract Staffing—where we undertake a strategic assignment just as if we were your employee, but much more accountable.

Fees for these Consulting Services can be structured on a per-diem or project contract basis, a fixed monthly amount, or a “not-to-exceed” sum that caps your financial responsibility. Customarily, travel expenses are additional, and separately itemized.
