Dale Nissley is Consultant for Jerold Panas, Linzy & Partners. He brings years of management, consulting, and financial development experience to the firm.

His career is extraordinarily versatile. He is proficient and effective in a number of critical organizational development disciplines. Each is of significant importance in a fundraising program. Annual Campaign Assessment and Development, Capital Campaign Feasibility and Execution, Endowment Development, and Storytelling.

In his post as Executive Director of a YMCA, he designed successful annual campaigns, exceeding goals each year for 13 years. He implemented a successful strategy to build campaign structures around a volunteer base as well as a major donor component.

Dale has a strong background in board development. He was responsible for recruiting key community leaders to build successful Boards of action with an intentional focus on diversity.

Dale was on the Faculty of the National Y USA. In that role, he was instrumental in guiding Ys all around the country in their in support campaigns. He trained Boards in their responsibility to enhance the YMCA presence in each community. He was responsible for the program for Introduction to Financial Development for Y staff.
