Under Ellsworth’s leadership, the company gained expertise in the creation of strategic communication plans, development of creative platforms, and the production of messaging tools.
Over the next 30 years, the company became national in its scope. It designed and executed communication activities for companies such as Motorola, Microsoft, Qualcomm, YUM Brands, Mead Johnson, Atlas Van Lines, and Kimball International.
During this time, Ellsworth produced projects across the nation and in over 30 countries. He additionally created marketing and
communication programs for smaller entities such as hospitals and universities, and many small to mid-sized companies.
The professional recognition for the firm includes Addy, Telly, and Emmy awards. Some of the most prestigious in the field. They also received the National Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year award.
Prior to founding his company, Ellsworth worked for NBC and PBS television affiliates. He graduated in 1976 from University of Evansville with a BS degree in Communications and Journalism.
In 2012, Ellsworth sold his company, Fire & Rain.
