Membership Renewal Timing

Here’s a question we’re asked often.

On a regular basis, we revisit whether it is better to have gifts and membership renewable throughout the year on a monthly basis…or all come due at the same time of the year.

We almost always opt for the former. It spreads your revenue throughout the year instead of putting your budget in jeopardy if some unforeseen situation arises when all gifts and memberships become renewable. It also allows you to concentrate your efforts on renewals year-round.
